Tween Club
Program Description: We are excited to start Tween Night back up! Tween Night is a fun evening of games, activities, and socialization for individuals ages 10+. Date and Time: Last Friday of each month from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Session runs from September 7th through June 3rd. Age: 10+ Cost: FREE! |
Fun with Friends
Program Description: Want to meet new friends, while having a good time in the community and at the DSAW office? This might just be for you! These coordinated get togethers will include a coach from DSAW-Family Services to moderate and facilitate group activities and conversation. Outings will consist of a small gathering of friends and a supportive staff. Date and Time: Variable. We will form and coordinate groups based around your individual schedule. Age: 10+ (we have groups for 18+ and under 18) Cost: 18+ is billed at $25/hour, and under 18 is billed with our camp code (cost varies by county) Note: Please let us know during registration any current friends you would like to be matched with, and we will do our best to group you together! No need to sign up if you are currently receiving this service |
Saturday Fun Day
Program Description: Whether mom and dad are looking for a little free time, and/or your self-advocate is chomping at the bit to get active and have fun amongst their peers, we’ve got you covered! Come and join us for some fun each month as we play games, perform karaoke, get our craft on, and SO much more!
This will be on the second Saturday each month, 10:00am - 2:00pm!
Please sign up if you have an interest in attending!
Age: 8+
Cost: 18+ is billed at $25/hour, and under 18 is billed with our camp code (cost varies by county)

Direct 1:1 Tutoring/DLS Supports
Program Description: DSAW staff work with our clients to set individualized goals to help achieve independence in various areas, including cooking, healthy eating, shopping, money management, laundry, relationships/dating, attending recreation events and more. Age: 4+ Cost: 18+ is billed at $40/hour, and under 18 varies per county No need to sign up if you are already receiving this service |
Payment
Contact your IRIS consultant, Family Care, or CLTS case manager to help you add these classes into your life/day. If you need assistance with billing, contact Christie and she will assist you with the process. If you do not have access to one of these funding streams, you can also opt to pay privately. Cost will not impact someone’s ability to access and participate in DSAW’s educational programming. We do have need-based scholarships available.
All of DSAW’s classes and programs are taught by trained, background-checked, skilled professionals.
